CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN THƯƠNG MAI KOVA ( THUỘC TẬP ĐOÀN SƠN KOVA )
Địa điểm làm việc : Kova Center, 92G - 92H Nguyễn Hữu Cảnh, Quận Bình Thạnh, TP Hồ Chí Minh.
Thời gan làm việc : Thứ 2 - Sáng Thứ 7 ( 8h00 - 17h00, Sáng Thứ 7 : 8h00 - 12h00 )
1/ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC :
1/ Identify consumers‘ needs and wants for KOVA products, provide inputs and work with R&D, Technical team to design the right package and winning fomula, qualify the product and package through various tests, overseeing the design and implementation of new product concepts
2/ Lead the strategic discussion and project management around product innovation
3/ Communicate and work with all stakeholders to determine brand objectives and marketing strategies, develop and implement strategies to drive business initiatives
4/ Responsible for implementing go-to-market strategy for new products and features cross all marketing channels
5/ Coordinate with sales, Trade and other departments, agencies, suppliers to develop and optimize marketing campaign (Brand activation and promotion), developing campaigns and marketing strategies, liaising between creative and other departments.
6/ Co-develop with Trade Marketing team and Business Developmen, channel specific programs and POSM support
2/ YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC :
1/ Bachelor, majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications
2/ Minimum of 3 years of brand management, consulting or consumer journey experience or similar, Experience in product launches will be preferred.
3/ English: Advanced level
4/ Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwares
5/ Good attitude in being eager to learn and a driven individual
6/ Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and courageous leadership skills
7/ Strenghts with business mindset, strategic and analytical thinking
8/ Ability to drive innovation and brand growth
9/ Experience working across teams/functions with impeccable results is A PLUS
